cancellation policy:

  • 100 % money refund if cancellation over than 72 h
  • 50 % money refund if cancellation between  72h et 48h
  • 25 % money refund if cancellation between  48h et 24h
  • 0% money refund if cancellation less than 24 h

Minimun :Several bookings are in progress, a miminum of  5 people is required. If the minimum is not reached, you will be notified the day before by SMS and we help you find an alternative.

Equipment: You can book your equipment ( snowshoes and poles) online . It will be given to you by the guide at the start of the hike ( useless to rent in a shop in this case).

We have a meeting point for each level of Courchevel ( Meeting point details )
Our guides will pick you up with theirs minivans
Your guide will pick you up at the chosen meeting that you have chosen when you booked. He will have your name and telephone number.
In case of poor road conditions, he might be few minutes late but he will be there.
