which Level of difficulty ?
The difference in altitude and length that are given can vary. Snoswshoeing is more demanding that simple walking.
Our advice, start withh a gentle hike and increase the difficulty as you go along the week. During the outings the guides will adjust pace to your fitness.
Prepare yourself as is you are going for a cross country hike, wear clothes that are comfortable not to hot but adapted to the winter season.
